** The Passionate Educator behind Insight Training Academy**

I’ll admit, the idea of standing up in front of a room and teaching people wasn’t something I initially considered. But fast-forward 15 years, and I can’t express how much I love this career.

My passion stems from my own experiences. When I started in care work, I wasn’t properly equipped with the knowledge and skills I needed. I made mistakes that could have been avoided, and that experience fuels my determination to equip others with the right tools to succeed.

My training sessions are not about sugarcoating reality. I want to give staff the confidence to know the difference between right and wrong, good and bad, and when to say “no”.

I’ve devoted countless hours to studying, upskilling, and acquiring qualifications from various awarding bodies. My commitment to quality over quantity means that I never compromise on the quality of my training. I’m not in it for the quick buck; I’m here to make a genuine difference in the lives of the people I work with.

I’m proud of the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the past 20 years, and I’m passionate about sharing that with others. Insight Training Academy is more than just a training provider; it’s a place where people can learn, grow, and make a positive impact.
