The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is an introductory teaching qualification. Achieving this award will provide sufficient evidence that the learner has acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare, plan, deliver and evaluate basic teaching and learning sessions, in a variety of teaching or training contexts.
This qualification is part of a suite of Education and Training qualifications that replace the Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS)
This qualification is made up of Mandatory and Optional units with a total value of 12 credits to be achieved at the end of the award. To achieve this qualification, you will undertake the following units.
